Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide.

Content you create. When you prompt Freeform to build an app, we store the resulting application, its code, and any data it generates or that you enter into it, so your app persists between visits.

API keys and secrets you provide. If you add your own API keys or credentials to a generated app (for example, to connect Stripe or send email), those values are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage and are only decrypted server-side, immediately before your app's sandbox starts. We never return these values in plaintext after you save them, not even to you, only the names of the keys you've set.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and general device and browser information, via analytics tooling (PostHog).

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.

Freeform lets you choose whether a generated app is private, shared with specific people, or public via a link. Anything you make public is accessible to anyone with the link, and may be discoverable by others. You're responsible for what you choose to share and its visibility setting.

We use the following third-party services to operate Freeform:

• E2B — running your generated apps in sandboxed environments
• Anthropic — powering prompt-to-app generation
• Supabase — account data and application storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• PostHog — product analytics
• Exa — web search used within the product

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

We retain your account information and generated apps for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act if you are a California resident. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Freeform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypting sensitive credentials at rest and isolating each app in its own sandboxed environment. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll note material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
